Basic service: Housing service
Customers’ information systems are housed in lockable dedicated racks. QTnet offers a housing service which can be adapted to match your scale and budget. Customers can select from full racks designed for highly-integrated equipment and devices such as blade servers, and half racks and quarter racks for smaller housing requirements.

Basic service: Collocation service
Server rooms are partially separated with cages, which can be used by customers as dedicated work spaces. This service is ideal for portable racks, installing stand-alone storage systems or servers that cannot be housed in 19-inch racks, and large-scale systems that cannot be accommodated with the housing service, allowing equipment and devices to be arranged freely.

- The space provided is in 1 m2 units. In addition to portable racks, customers may also use racks provided by QTnet.
Option service: Managed services
These include operation monitoring and agent services, as well as network services for customers using QTnet data centers.
Operation monitoring service
QTnet has put together a comprehensive lineup of operation monitoring services including Ping monitoring, visual checks, and process monitoring, and full-time technicians are on hand to monitor operation at customers’ equipment and devices round-the clock, 24h365 days a year.

Ping monitoring service | This service involves monitoring the port state of customers’ server equipment/devices and network equipment, and notifying customers when failures occur. |
LED check service | This service involves carrying out visual checks of LEDs, etc., and turning the power to equipment and devices ON and OFF as instructed for customers’ server equipment/devices and network equipment. |
Process monitoring service | This service involves monitoring the state of important processes running on customers’ servers, and notifying customers in the event that stoppages or abnormalities are detected. |
Resource monitoring service | This service involves monitoring the usage status of resources on servers for customers’ server equipment and devices. Customers are notified when preset warning thresholds are breached. |
syslog monitoring service | This service involves monitoring syslog files generated by customers’ server equipment/devices and network equipment. Customers are notified when pre-registered messages are output. |
Application log monitoring service |
This service involves monitoring log files generated by applications running on customers’ servers. Customers are notified when pre-registered messages are output. |
URL monitoring service | This service involves monitoring responses from customers’ websites (URLs). Customers are notified when warning thresholds for which the URL response time is set beforehand are breached. |
Internet service response monitoring service |
This service involves monitoring responses for Internet services (HTTP, SMTP, DNS, etc.) running on customers’ servers. Customers are notified when access to the relevant Internet services is no longer possible. |
Agent service
This service involves the running of servers and network equipment on behalf of the customer by dedicated data center staff.
Tasks such as job execution and command input are carried out when periodically instructed to do so by customers in accordance with a predetermined schedule. These tasks are carried out on behalf of customers based on service procedure manuals created after consultation with the customer. Furthermore, dedicated data center staff also carry out tasks from running jobs to outputting and dispatching report slips on behalf of customers, and store data in fireproof safes.
Option service: Network services
QTnet offers a wide range of large-capacity, high-quality network services. All backbones employ a redundancy configuration. Furthermore, QTnet data centers are multi-carrier centers, and customers are free to select communication lines which can be laid directly to the centers. By doing so, customers are able to construct systems with a variety of network configurations.

QT PRO Location Free service
QT PRO Location Free (QLF service) is designed for customers using QTnet data centers, and is a high-speed, large-capacity inter-base network service linking QTnet data centers with an access point in Tokyo.

QTnet’s network is a closed network which directly connects access points in Fukuoka and Tokyo with a dedicated high-speed, large-capacity communication line, and is ideal for networks between systems which demand high security.

to public clouds
Customers can connect directly to large public clouds by connecting to QTnet’s Fukuoka access point from their own location.
03 One-stop service
QTnet offers a one-stop service from the proposal stage to network procurement, access point construction and operation, completely eliminating the need for troublesome procedures necessary when dealing with multiple companies.

QTnet’s network is a closed network with dedicated lines offering speeds of up to 20 Gbps. Customers can use the network by combining service class (single/dual) and bandwidth to meet their system requirements. A connection to Leading public cloud can also be established using an option.
